           Chegou uma hora que os créditos acabaram ficaram as dívidas dos impostos, fornecedores, e a principal a trabalhista o que agravou a falência natural da empresa que pretendia investir em uma nova planta na cidade de Barra no Estado da  Bahia onde Antônio Evaldo Inojosa de Andrade comprou 84.064 hectares de terra para instalação de uma nova usina de açucar na região nordeste , e toda área seria irrigada .

       Entre vários processos  que corre  na justiça , a  PGFN abriu um processo no TRF2 ( TRIBUNAL FEDERAL FEDERAL ) , na cidade de Campo dos Goytacazes ,no Estado do Rio de Janeiro , cujo número do processo :0000533-13.2002.4.02.5103) a  PGFN contra a COOPERFLU, que tem como principal e único acionista ,Antônio Evaldo Inojosa de Andrade , além dos bens colocados em leilão no estado do Rio de Janeiro para liquidar parte da dívida com a PGFN , foram penhoradas seis fazendas na cidade de Barra, no Estado da Bahia cujo proprietário é Antônio Evaldo Inojosa de Andrade ,como ele faleceu o processo foi contra seu espólio , cuja carta precatório enviada pelo Tribunal Federal do Rio de Janeiro , gerou um processo na comarca de Barra no estado da Bahia n:0001068-28.2014.8.05.0016  cuja avaliação das seis fazendas foi de R$ 4.203.700,00 foi marcado um leilão para dia 23/11/2016.

       Como norma os leilões de valores acima de R$1.000.000,00 , como os leilões da fazenda da VASP, dos aeroportos , e outros leilões da UNIÃO, são aceito parcelamento anuais sem correção monetária , juros ou qualquer taxa sobre as mesmas , são parcelas fixas . Um amigo meu , ao consultar a PGFN matriz do DF(Distrito Federal) sobre a compra dos lotes :1,3,4,5,6 e 7 do leilão no dia 23/11/2016  , das  fazendas da COOPERFLU, de Antônio Evaldo Inojosa de Andrade, para pagamento em 10 parcelas anuais fixas , e a resposta que a oferta deveria ser feita a PGFN do estado onde estaria ocorrendo o leilão , e poderia mandar um e-mail da oferta antes do leilão . O meu amigo mandou dia 04/11/2016 uma consulta com pré oferta no valor da avaliação das seis fazendas da COOPERFLU para a PGFN no estado da Bahia, no dia 21/11/2016 mandou para a PGFN de Salvador e Barreiras uma oferta de 10 parcelas anuais iniciando em 01/12/2016 e a última 01/12/2025 com valor fixo de R$420.370,00 por parcela para os lotes:1,3,4,5,6 e 7 . No dia 22/11/2016 meu amigo  envia uma nova proposta de compra para a PGFN de Salvador e Barreiras ,e manda cópia para o leiloeiro ,com o aumentou em 5%  sobre o valor da avaliação totalizando R$4.413.360,00  a serem pagas em 10 parcelas anuais fixas a 1) 01/12/2016  R$441.360,00 e a ultima para 10)01/12/2025  R$441.360,00 , e confirma a comprar as fazendas conforme lotes do leilão na cidade de Barra na Bahia no outro dia 23/11/2016 :1)Fazenda Brejo Seco 35.000 hectares R$1.837.500,00, 3)Fazenda Umbuzeiro 15.000 hectares R$787.500,00, 4)Fazenda Murici 12.494 hectares R$655.935,00, 5) Fazenda Buritu 10.000 hectares R$525.000,00 , 6)Fazenda Umbunzeiro 9.000 hectares R$472.500,00 e  ultimo lote 7)Fazenda Murici 2.570 hectares R$134.925,00 .

         Parecendo um filme de fantasma , mas foi verdade, entra em cena uma juíza da justiça federal do Rio de Janeiro entra no processo principal , por acaso logo após a oferta de compra enviada pelo meu amigo no dia 22/11/2016 e pega todo processo contra a COOPERFLU e afirma que o principal acionista o Antônio Evaldo Inojosa de Andrade e seu espólio não tem nada haver com a dívida da COOPERFLU e elimina o processo do de uma forma errada , tira as fazendas do leilão que iriam ser vendidas para meu amigo , não se sabem na verdade de qual era o amigo que também queria comprar e não teve dinheiro , mas não foi o meu , uma aberração jurídica nunca vista em processo no Brasil e as fazendas vendidas para o meu amigo com as ofertas registrada na PGFN de Salvador e Barreiras  foram tirada a força por uma juíza federal , que  não era a titular da vara mas deu um cartão vermelho a democracia e a uma justiça limpa .

               Na visāo de futuro sem Ministros que mantém a taxas selic em 14,00%ao ano,  swap cambial reverso  e títulos da dívida publica brasileira em euro e dólar acabando com as reservas do banco central para ajudar empresas fantasma , banqueiros , lavagem de dinheiro e caixa dois , em troca da amizade nāo pode se manter com salário de pobre ministro de um país de terceiro mundo e antes ganhava milhōes por mes, claro que o Presidente do Banco e os ministros ligado a área econômica  recebem o mesmo valor dos bancos privados ou mais pelas gentileza de roubar o dinheiro do povo e entregar a bandidos agiotas .Para iludir o povo a gestão atual não fala em fixar a taxa de juros de de  3,00 % ao ano e taxa selic de 3,00 %ao ano para pessoa física ou juridica independente se é funcionário público , pensionista ou produtor rurai ,esta será a meta até 2020 mesmo que quebre os ex-amigos banqueiros agiotas , mas nāo vāo quebrar o Brasil .

               Na previdencia social repassaram para os amigos agiotas banqueiros , agora falam que esta quebrada , e querem quebrar de vez para rapassar para os amigos banqueiros o que sobrou  mas foi o governo federal que repassou para os bancos privados no início da era do LULA LÁ. BIOMETRICS CHANGES RESULT OF ELECTION 2016

BIOMETRIA MUDA RESULTADO DA ELEIÇÃO 2016

       O começo do erro foi a estratégia que o TSE - TRIBUNAL SUPERIOR ELEITORAL , utilizou para processo de implantação da biometria , cujo o objetivo era identificação do eleitor na urna eletrônica antes de votar para bloquear o falso eleitor ou o fantasma do voto .

      Na prática os TRE- TRIBUNAL REGIONAL ELEITORAL , adotaram uma estratégia de logística errada , cujo modelo foi o passivo a espera que o povo pobre fosse até as sedes dos tribunais no conforto de funcionário público e quando batiam na porta não foram atendidos e voltaram para casa sem ter dinheiro para nova viagem ,outros já não tinha dinheiro para ir , o agendamento eletrônico resultou na ociosidade dos funcionários dos tribunais não funcionando o processo de recadastramento que os TRE'S e seus Presidentes apenas ameaçavam cancelar os títulos dos eleitores que não compareceram e acobertaram a falha de sua responsabilidade que era da livre acesso ao povo utilizando uma estratégia ativa colocando vários ponto perto do povo principalmente a camada dos mais pobres que foram excluídos do processo com a implantação das urnas eletrônicas .

       No apagar das luzes os TRE'S  tentaram reverter a maior estratégia eleitoral errada de um país , onde o processo a menos de 30 dias para terminar a biometria , só tinha 30%, e os jornais já denunciavam antecipadamente uma fraude eleitoral cometida pelo TSE e os TRE's, bloqueando o segundo turno da eleição nas  principais cidades ,onde o numero de eleitores era superior a 200.000 e o candidato teria que ter dos votos válidos mais de 50,00% para ser eleito no primeiro turno , se tiver menos de 200.000 eleitores o candidato será eleito direto no primeiro turno e não terá o segundo .Os TRE's correm para atender e esconder seus erros antes da eleição colocaram funcionários em Shopping Center e em Bus mas no final não funcionou foram passivos e inresponsáveis no processo.

    Com os erros do TSE e dos TRE'S  que foram e são culpados pelas falhas da biometria não atingiram a metade 100% ,falharam e investiram em uma estratégia para preservar a sua imagem colocando a culpa no povo brasileiro por um erro de estratégia de atendimento na logística ineficaz cujo objetivo era atingir as camadas mais pobres , o que não ocorreu.

     Com a falha da biometria pelo TSE e TRE ambos se tornaram partido político e com atos ilegais cancelaram os títulos de eleitores cuja base já atualizada em 2016 as cidades que tinham mais de 200.000 eleitores , passam a ter menos de 200.000 eleitores , eliminando o segundo turno, rasgando a constituição brasileira e matando a camada mais pobre que não tinham como bancar as idas e vindas sem fim para ser atendidos em algum dia .

     Como exemplo da falha a matéria de um jornal do estado de Pernambuco em 14/02/2016 já alertava para fraude eleitoral : http://m.jc.ne10.uol.com.br/canal/politica/pernambuco/noticia/2016/02/14/olinda-paulista-e-petrolina-podem-nao-ter-segundo-turno-por-atraso-da-biometria-220886.php. Como diz a matéria a cidade de Paulista no estado de Pernambuco tinha 212.000 eleitores , no resultado da eleição apenas 193.000 eleitores , onde o candidato só teve 47% dos votos válidos não atingindo mais de 50%, o que deveria ter o segundo turno , mas com a ajuda do Presidente do TRE-PE e do TSE ,cancelaram sem explicação legal mais de15.000 títulos de eleitores para eleger o Prefeito da cidade no primeiro turno.

      Foi feito solicitação ao TRE-PE auditoria das urnas e dos votos e dos eleitores e determinar o segundo tuno , no TSE foi solicitado o segundo turno para cidade de Paulista em Pernambuco e todas do Brasil , onde tinha mais de 200.000 votos no inicio de 2016 e após a biometria e na eleição tiveram menos de 200.000 retirando o segundo turno da eleição e deveria considerar os dados do inicio do ano já que a incompetência do erro de estratégia não foi do povo brasileiro e a culpa foi do TSE e TRE'S que devem assumir seus erros e tirar a logomarca de partido político.
